Dark Side Index Computation

For each category compute the category index as
category index = stock price * weight / base
Then the overall index is computed as
DSI = 100 * sum of category indices / sum of category weights
Thus the DSI is a weight average percentage of stock prices that have been normalized to a base price of January 10, 2009.
